Our adult self-defense program is based on the highly effective and real-world fighting and survival system called Systema.  Among many other attributes, training focuses on relaxation under duress, smooth and continuous movement, proper posture, functional mobility, fear mitigation, awareness expansion, and comprehensive breath control.

It is the most balanced blend of mindful self-awareness with brutally effective improvisational fighting skill, taught by the most highly-qualified and internationally-certified instructors in the country.

Unlike almost every other fitness methodology on the market, our expert trainers integrate comprehensive recovery breathing methods into our unique high intensity workouts using body weight, partner work, and functional weight resistance.  This is what makes our training sustainable.

PARKING:  Street parking (and in the alley) is free after 6pm Mon-Sat.  Street parking is always free on Sundays.

SATURDAY PARKING: For Saturday workshops, which start at Noon, the best option is the multi-level parking garage North of the studio, which charges $7 for the entire day (Sat).
